Alison Webster's Biography
Alison Webster is one of only a handful of women photographers to make a successful career in “Fleet Street”. For 27 years she has worked at the very highest level in the British national newspaper industry.
In that time she has covered every aspect of photo journalism with the Daily Mail, Daily Mirror, London Evening Standard and now Britain’s best selling newspaper The Sun.
Alison has photographed the terrible suffering of survivors following the Chernobyl nuclear disaster and won Photographer of the Year award for her photographs of the Royal family. For many years she followed fashion shows around the world.
For the last ten years she has taken a different direction and now concentrates on glamour photography. She is currently a Page 3 photographer with The Sun.
Alison brings a fresh style to a jaded market. Through her vibrant photography she is rapidly rising as a highly respected, much sought after photographer in this field.
